à Special Offer for Our Valued Clients
For the remainder of June we’ll extend the following offer:
1. For any advance, in June we’ll provide you with FREE software to better plan and schedule your cash flow requirements.
2. Just contact Ken Macleod on 9363 3971 for a free 1 hour consultation today.
à How We Do This
IFG purchases selected individual invoices from you.
Invoices are purchased at a discount with no other costs incurred. We buy the amount owing at a discount and give you the cash immediately.
You only sell invoices when you need the cash, a “use it as you need it” basis.
IFG relies on the creditworthiness of your debtor, not you, so you can get the finance you need, even if you’re just starting out or your credit is not so great.
à Case Studies
The construction industry is notorious for squeezing the last dollar from the little man. This form builder, striving to grow, came to us to bridge the cash flow gap arising from demands to pay their suppliers on one of their projects (Project A). Fortunately, this builder had already raised a progress claim for another project, Project B. Interface agreed to buy this claim so that he could pay for the supplies on Project A.
As common as the problem is, Interface is unique in being able to advance cash on a progress payment “unsecured”.
Location | Gold Coast |
Projected Turnover | $750,000 |
Project B Contract | With an ASX listed head contractor |
Cash Advance | $70,000 |
Terms on Progress Payments | 45 days |
Need | Pay for supplies to satisfy conditions of new project |
Outcome | The Form Builder made payment to suppliers on time, and continues to maintain an excellent payment history with them. The customer paid in 29 days. |
This company had some problems with the tax office a year or so ago. The legacy of which is reflected in a payment schedule that as we all know cannot be ignored. Meanwhile, this electrician has contracted a supplier ‘forgetting’ that the supplier demanded cash on delivery, payment for which was supposed to come out of the proceeds of a progress payment not due for another 40 days. A decision had to be made – do I keep the project on schedule or do I miss a payment to the tax office? Fortunately, Interface was able to purchase another progress claim and avoid the agony.
Location | |
Turnover | $500,000 |
Contract | Large Head Contractor |
Cash Advance | $70,000 |
Terms on Progress Payment | 45 days |
Need | To keep up with scheduled payments to the ATO/pay for cash on delivery supplies |
Outcome | The ATO was paid as was the supplier for the new contract which continues on schedule. The customer paid in 32 days. |
The Interface funding method works brilliantly across many industries, and in particular we love the construction industry, real estate agents, manufacturers, recruitment agencies and general commerce businesses.
à What Our Clients Say
“Thank you for your prompt response in visiting our offices, following our initial contact made with Interface Financial. I must admit that I was somewhat apprehensive about entering into arrangements that I was not familiar with, however having completed our business transaction with minimal paperwork or interrogation as most finance companies do, I was most impressed with both your professionalism and understanding of our financial position when dealing with large contracts and commitments. I was also very impressed at the turn around time of advancing the funds once the paperwork was in place. This might not seem important to you, but has certainly made a difference to our company as far as keeping our suppliers happy, and being able to start other projects earlier than expected.
The flexibility of your product is so unique that it has allowed us to grow from strength to strength. To Interface Financial a big thank you and to
Kind Regards

“Kenyon Prendeville Pty Ltd would like to express their thanks to Interface Financial Group for coming to our rescue in April of this year. Having invested 6 months in one major transaction it was becoming increasingly difficult to meet our day to day financial commitments whilst waiting for the settlement date. When, through no fault of our own, that date blew out by over 3 months, our cashflow was pushed to the limit and we started looking at options for temporary finance. It became evident that our overdraft facility was not going to cover us for more than a few weeks and other lenders had been hesitant to deal with such a sizeable loan for only 90 days.
Interface Financial Group were able to provide us with enough money to keep our business running for three months. Following our initial consultation with Ken Macleod the money was in our account within 3 days, allowing us to pay our creditors and keep our operations running smoothly. He took the time to actually understand the situation, keeping in regular contact with both ourselves and the third party who would be paying our bill. Kenyon Prendeville would have no hesitation in recommending the services of Ken and Interface Financial Group. Thank you for a fantastic service.”
Best Regards

Maybe if they concentrated on their own business instead of bad mouthing other people they wouldn't be in so much financial trouble. Good luck KP
